Chairman of the Board & acting CEO
Mr. Ossi Pohjola (born 1957), M.Sc. in Computer Science, has over 30 years of experience in international IT management. He established Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and led its operations in Finland. He was also a Senior Vice President of Oracle Corporation EMEA for nearly 10 years.
Mr. Pohjola is a professional board member, and besides Envault Corporation, is a Member of the Board of Directors in 10 other technology companies, among others Basware Corp and Insta Group.

Mr. Ilkka Hiidenheimo (born 1960), has well over 20 years experience in IT business and computer security. He is the founder and CEO of Stonesoft Corporation. He has developed and grown Stonesoft into a publicly listed, international computer security product company with multi-million euro sales. Before Stonesoft, he has worked for organizations such as Oracle and Tekla.
Besides Envault Corporation, Mr. Hiidenheimo is a member of the Board of Directors also in Stonesoft Corporation, Teos Oy, and Hiidenkivi Investment Oy.
Board Member
Mr. Tapio Koivu (born 1964), Ph.D. (Tech), has made an international career in innovation management and venturing. He currently holds the position of Executive Vice President in VTT's (The Technical Research Centre of Finland) Ventures organization. He has also managed VTT's industry co-operation projects in Silicon Valley, and has worked as a visiting scholar for the University of Stanford.
Besides Envault Corporation, Tapio Koivu is a member of the Board of Directors in Solucel Ltd, Vergo, Zora Biosciences, and International Business Acceleration Center (INBAC) llc.

Advisory Board Member
Mr. Ari Hyppönen (born 1967), M.Sc., CISSP, has extensive computer security experience from working as the long-time CTO and board member at F-Secure. He has also worked for State's Computing Facility and Nixu Ltd. He has served in the State of Finland's Advisory Committee for Information Security and participated in the development of the Finnish National Information Security Strategy.
Advisor to the Envault Board
Mr. Mikael Honkavaara (born 1963), M.Sc. (Econ.), has extensive experience in managing international software business and innovation. He currently works as a Senior Director at Nvidia Corporation, and prior to joining Nvidia he acted as the CEO of Hybrid Graphics. He helped to transform Hybrid Graphics into an international, highly-respected Red Herring Top 100 software company, and ultimately steered the company toward a successful acquisition by Nvidia.
Mr. Honkavaara has also been chosen as the Software entrepreneur of the year 2005 (Finland).
